Instructions for payment of SARS-CoV-2 Test

 

To confirm your appointment for a sample collection, payment should be made no less than 24 hours before your scheduled collection date. Microlabs cannot guarantee availability if payment has not been confirmed after.

Microlabs also reserves the right to cancel any appointment, and refund in full where applicable any and all monies paid with respect to said appointment.


Payments can be made via electronic transfer and where available, ABM/ATM Deposit. Credit Card/Debit Card/Cash are accepted (Laboratory Location Only)IN BRANCH DEPOSITS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED.. Below are banking details. Once payment has been made, please email a copy to covid.payments@microlabs.limited to confirm your appointment.

Payments on the day of collection are to be made at least one hour ahead of your scheduled appointment time. 

DUE TO EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTIATIONS AND EXTENDED PROCESSING TIMES, INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFERS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED. PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMEMTS FOR PAYMENTS TO BE MADE LOCALLY ($ JMD).

Please include your Confirmation ID in the Remarks section of your transfer. Transfers for appointments without a Confirmation ID will not be processed!
